RGB Technology, Trading as RGB-Photo.co.uk is an independent photo dealer  based in Middlesbrough town centre, and founded by Directors Graeme Dewing and Emma Hodgson in 2005 after managing another photo retail company for many years but seeing a need for a company that specialises in the professional photography sector of the industry.

RGB was setup to serve a large group of photographers within the North-East of England, but naturally the company attracted a following of serious enthusiasts that in-turn told friends and colleagues of our great service and knowledge and now cater for the needs of all photographers, regardless of their abilities and interests, around the UK, for both their equipment needs and high quality Pro' Lab printing services.

Over the last 13 years managing director Graeme has had to deal with the ever-changing world of digital photography and the industry surrounding it.
"It's not been easy" says Graeme, "the industry is sometimes too quick to move on, and keeping abreast with technological changes and the ever increasing range of products has been a full time job in itself.  However, the industry is also very interesting and the developments have sometimes made huge differences to the lifestyle of some, and the work life of others.  Video and photo communication is now common place in the world, and a lot is owed to the advancements of the digital camera"

Our business is growing rapidly, and with the implementation of this new web site in September 2009, we hope to expand the range of products, services and knowledge we offer, using the pages of the site.  Don't forget though, RGB Photo is a Brick-and-Mortar retail store, so if you live or passing through the area, take time to visit the store and make use of the great wealth of information the staff at RGB have accumulated over the years.

RGB does not employ "sales people", all the staff have been selected because of their individual skills and interests.  The guys in the camera sales department have all been photographers professionally at some stage, and still enjoy photography in their spare time.  Our sales team are not on commission to sell equipment, so all the advice you get will be impartial and specific to your needs.
