I have used RGB for several items (10-20 lens, tripod, backpack and more) and each time they have been very knowledgeable and friendly. Never just tried to sell something, always took time to understand what I wanted/needed and advised appropriately (in fact, they sold me a tripod that was cheaper than the one I thought I wanted - and it was great advise for me, and a great tripod which does suit me and my gear perfectly).

I also use them now for all of my printing, and again their service, products and quality is second to none in my experience.

I used this shop for the first time recently when I purchased a Canon 5D Mark 2.

Not only are their prices competitive but they stay in touch with the people who keep them in business - their customers.

During the long wait for the 5D Mark 2 I had many discussions with the team - and it is clear that all share a passion for photography.

I know some of the major camera manufacturers have been less than generous with ther allocations to RGB, but they really need to know that many camera enthusiasts are turning to RGB instead of the big high street names.

Highly recommended.
